60-Min Energy Healing

Service Description

Hello! I am a Level II Reiki Practitioner. In this hour session we will begin with a 15 minute intake (or less) where I ask you what it is you'd like to clear or focus on. This may include things like stagnant financial energy, blocked creative energy, brain fog, stress, emotional trauma, limiting beliefs, and so much more. For approximately the next 30 minutes I will be channeling or gathering energy through my hands, which are either lightly placed on or held just above your body, and clearing away what no longer serves you. The energy naturally flows to where it is most needed and will feel deeply relaxing. The last 15 minutes or so we will discuss what came through, what was cleared, and any messages that need to be shared at this time. Reiki operates on the belief that a vital life force flows through all living beings. When this energy is balanced and flowing freely, individuals experience well-being. If the energy becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can manifest as stress, illness, or emotional challenges. Reiki aims to restore the natural flow of energy, promoting harmony and balance.
