Scent:

Top notes of sugar, honey and lemon hint at a golden, flaky crust. Sumptuous middle notes of rich butter, toasted walnut, and almond unfold like tender, yeasty layers of savory dough. Caramel in the base adds the lightest touch of refined sweetness to this comforting scent. This scent is infused with natural essential oils including lemon.

The Goddess:

1. Connection with Ancestors & Passed Loved Ones
Helps bridge the gap between the living and the spirit world. She assists in communicating with deceased family members, spirit guides, and ancestors.
2. Embracing Death & Transformation
She encourages you to accept death as a natural transition rather than something to fear.
She supports personal transformation—letting go of old patterns, cycles, or fears.
3. Joyful Remembrance & Healing from Grief
Teaches that death is not an end, but a continuation of the soul’s journey. Helps heal grief by celebrating the legacy and love of those who have passed.
4. Living Fully & Fearlessly
Reminds you to embrace joy, laughter, and authenticity, as life is fleeting. She encourages you to pursue dreams without fear of failure or regret.
5. Ancestral Wisdom & Protection
Helps you receive wisdom from your lineage and ancestral spirits. Offers spiritual protection, especially when working with the dead or in mediumship.
6. Shadow Work & Letting Go
Reflect on fears of death, endings, or transformation. Journal on how embracing impermanence can bring more freedom and joy.

Create an Ofrenda (Altar) in Her Honor
Place photos of deceased loved ones, candles, marigolds (cempasúchil), sugar skulls, and personal mementos. Offer foods, drinks, or items your ancestors enjoyed.

Meditate with La Catrina, asking for messages from loved ones in spirit. Have La Catrina imagery, skull jewelry, or marigolds can keep her energy close. Lapis lazuli, obsidian, or black tourmaline can help in spirit work. Rituals on Día de los Muertos. Light a candle and call upon her to help you connect with your ancestors. Write a letter to a passed loved one, then burn it as an offering.
